Ms. Borke practices in the areas of corporate, securities, financing and general business law as well as intellectual property law focusing on copyright, trademark and licensing.

Ms. Borke received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Kansas in 2002. She graduated cum laude from DePaul University College of Law in 2005. During law school Ms. Borke clerked for the United States Department of State - Office of Cultural Property; the Illinois Attorney General's Office – Antitrust Division; and the National Conference of Commissioners for Uniform State Laws.

Ms. Borke participated in the competitive Intellectual Property Program at DePaul. As a member of the DePaul Journal of Art and Entertainment Law, she authored and published "Searching for a Solution: An Analysis of the Legislative Response to the Iraqi Antiquities Crisis of 2003." In 2007, Ms. Borke was invited to speak at the University of Kansas' Hallmark Symposium on the topic of Copyright and Trademark Law for Designers. She has been in private practice in Colorado since 2005.
