Michael P. Dulin concentrates on complex commercial litigation representing industry-leading corporations in intellectual property matters such as trademark infringement, copyright infringement, anti-cybersquatting, patent infringement, unfair competition and trade secret matters. His trademark infringement experience includes successful claims and defenses involving a variety of industries including finance, manufacturing and retail sales. Mr. Dulin has significant experience in corporate finance litigation, including fraud and misrepresentation claims. He has obtained successful resolutions of Federal Trade Commission and other regulatory investigations. Other areas of litigation include multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts, commercial and residential construction defects, toxic tort and banking claims. Mr. Dulin also counsels corporate clients on strategic growth strategies, including intellectual property protection, commercial contracts and complex entity formation.

Mr. Dulin graduated Juris Doctor, 1999, University of Denver College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Urban Planning in 1996 at the College of Architecture and Environmental Design, Arizona State University.

Mr. Dulin's previous accomplishments include:

  • Successful resolution to a failed merger of two upstart technology companies, each valued in excess of $20 million.
  • Successful trademark infringement action involving a multi-jurisdictional financial services company.
  • Successful suit against a public medical device company regarding its obligations under a joint venture agreement and the ownership rights to the underlying technology upon divestiture.
  • Successful defense to a trademark and anti-cybersquatting dispute among two industry-leading national manufacturing companies.
  • Successful claims of construction finance fraud involving the construction of a development of multi-million dollar homes.
  • Successful resolution to a Federal Trade Commission investigation of a national financial services company.
  • Successful defense and counterclaims in a trade secret action flowing from the creation of a competing entity by former corporate insiders.
  • Successful defense of patent case involving a cutting edge airborne geophysical exploration device.
