We offer clients a full range of employment law counseling
services, advising on employment and independent contractor
agreements, proprietary information agreements, severance arrangements,
restrictive covenants, age and sex discrimination claims, and
wage and hours disputes. Our role with clients in this regard
is twofold. First, we guide clients proactively to shield them
from employee-related liability. This can involve providing
advice on preparing an enforceable employee handbook, or the
steps to take when terminating an employee, or strategy to
implement upon conducting a reduction-in-force. Second, in
the event an employee actually initiates a dispute, we assist
in obtaining the most favorable resolution of the case while
placing a priority on minimizing disruption to the client's
business.
