Mr. Hensley has over 17 years of experience in the Colorado legal market. His practice emphasizes corporate, securities, financings and general business law. He has significant experience with mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, public and private offerings of debt and equity (including venture capital financings), credit facilities, initial public offerings, SEC disclosure, start-up companies and entity formation.

Mr. Hensley’s legal background includes serving as the head of the Colorado corporate practice group for Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll and practicing with national law firms Kirkland & Ellis and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. He holds a law degree and an MBA from the University of Kansas, and is a frequent writer and lecturer on corporate and securities law matters.
