Jep Seman
Mr. Seman serves as Of Counsel to Hensley Kim & Holzer,
LLC, focusing on environmental, real estate, government relations
and complex regulatory and administrative law matters. Specializing
in air quality and other environmental matters, Mr. Seman represents
a number of clients in the oil and gas industry including producers,
refiners and trade associations with related issues.
Additionally, Mr. Seman has expertise in both commercial
and residential real estate transactional matters, land use
and zoning. As part of his environmental practice, Mr. Seman
has worked on numerous regulatory matters related to the
Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation
and Recovery Act (RCRA) and other federal and state environmental
statutes.
Prior to joining Hensley Kim & Holzer, LLC, Mr. Seman
was a principal in the law firm of Seman Hoog P.C. As an
attorney in Denver for over sixteen years, Mr. Seman has
represented both large and small businesses and practiced
before Colorado state and federal courts, legislative and
regulatory bodies. Mr. Seman is also currently a principal
at Corporate Advocates, Inc., a public relations and lobbying
firm.
Prior to private practice, Mr. Seman served as Staff Counsel
to the Subcommittee on Nuclear Regulation of the Senate Environment
and Public Works Committee in Washington D.C. and as an aide
to former U.S. Senator Gary Hart where he worked on environmental,
natural resource, transportation and agricultural issues
and legislation.
Mr. Seman holds a law degree from the University of Colorado
and is admitted to practice law in Colorado, before the 10th
Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court for the
District of Colorado.
