Michelle A. Pinkowski represents corporate and individual clients through the litigation process and at trial and arbitration. Ms. Pinkowski's trial practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith, construction defect litigation and real estate related disputes, products liability and toxic torts, and complex personal injury cases. Ms. Pinkowski also advises clients on pre-litigation dispute resolution, insurance coverage and risk management, and acts as coverage and advisory counsel in litigation matters.

Michelle Pinkowski graduated Juris Doctor, 1994, Order of St. Ives, University of Denver College of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, 1987, University of Denver.

Ms. Pinkowski's previous accomplishments include:

• $8.45 million settlement achieved for corporate plaintiff in insurance coverage action in which coverage had been completely denied.
  
• Summary judgment for district client resulting in argument before Wyoming Supreme Court and new law in the state of Wyoming.
  
• Coverage negotiation for settlement of high profile death case, avoiding negative publicity and uninsured exposure for corporate client.
