Mr. Warren is the Director of Construction Law at Hensley, Kim & Holzer. Mr. Warren is experienced in construction contracts, liens, delay claims, and construction defect issues. Mr. Warren advises clients, negotiates on their behalf, and represents them aggressively in litigation when necessary. Mr. Warren litigates cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants; having experience on both sides of the 'fence' provides Mr. Warren unique insights into the strategies of his opponent.
Mr. Warren is also experienced defending crane‐related accidents involving both personal injury and property damage claims in the millions of dollars. Mr. Warren understands the interplay of OSHA's regulations, the ASME standards, crane manufacturer recommendations, and crane‐safety related association recommendations and how those varying standards are used (or not used) in the industry.
Mr. Warren began his legal career as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice where he was a frequent educational speaker. Mr. Warren has continued his educational efforts in private practice, instructing construction, corporate, and insurance professionals on numerous areas of legal concern.
